We are a digital marketing agency with a successful track record, and looking for a Marketing Department Assistant join our growing Client support team.

You'll work with us on the leading edge of online marketing

This position is great for those interested in digital marketing.

* *Responsibilities:

The Marketing Department Assistant will be responsible for helping in tasks such as:

• Website Data Entry via CMS
• Spreadsheet data entry & reports
• Directly assist in tasks which require great accuracy such as:
• product update/support
• Marketing reports
• Assist marketing department in setting up customer information via web portal for marketing campaigns
• Follow calls with clients
• Provides other general support as needed.

* *In your tool box :

• A genuine interest and care in helping our clients succeed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools as well Google docs is a must.

(including but not limited to word/docs, excel/sheets, ppt/slides, etc).

• Organized self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks quickly and move onto the next assignment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)
• Google Docs: 2 years (Required)
• Google Sheets: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
