What You’ll Do

• Manage and lead a portfolio of clients across diverse industries
• Serve as the primary point of contact—running meetings, presenting strategy, and building strong relationships
• Write and oversee high-quality content (ads, emails, social media, strategy documents)
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (paid media, social, email, SEO)
• Coordinate and execute content shoots
• Analyze performance data and clearly communicate insights and next steps
• Collaborate with designers, media buyers, and content creators
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and account management
• Experience managing multiple clients across different industries
• Excellent writing and communication skills (this is a core part of the role)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, social, email, SEO)
• Comfortable leading client calls and presenting strategy
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to travel to Bellingham, WA as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $53,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)
• Performance-based salary increases and bonuses for top performers
