Marketing & Digital Sales Executive

Pakistan

Position: Marketing & Digital Sales Executive

Location: Karachi (Remote)

Industry: Steel Structure Manufacturing | Tents & Tensile Shade Structures | Rental & Sales | B2B Construction

Salary Range: PKR 120,000 – 160,000/month

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.

· Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook) Ads certification preferred.

· 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, sales coordination, or B2B advertising.

· Exposure to construction, industrial, or steel-related sectors is an advantage.

· Strong English communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

· Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).

· Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads tailored to tents and steel products.

· Track and analyze ad performance, adjusting budgets to optimize CPL (cost per lead).

· Implement Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and monitor conversions.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

· Monitor inquiries across digital channels (website, ads, WhatsApp, social media).

· Maintain and update lead trackers, ensuring timely follow-up by the sales team.

· Support sales in converting leads into proposals, quotations, and site visits.

· Generate weekly reports on marketing activities and inquiry performance.

· Government Portals & B2B Registrations

· Register and manage company profiles on UAE platforms (Tejari, MOEI, Ariba, Etimad, DCT).

· Upload and maintain product catalogs, licenses, and compliance documentation.

· Track tender notifications and support initial registration processes.

· Social Media & Content Management

· Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

· Collaborate with designers on banners, brochures, and video materials.

· Draft basic content for product descriptions, campaigns, and updates.

· Optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) to enhance local visibility.

Skills & Software Proficiency

Required:

· Google Ads (Search Console, Keyword Planner, Tag Manager).

· Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager.

· Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (lead tracking & reporting).

· Canva (or similar design tools for basic creatives).

· Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Web CRM.

· Excellent coordination, communication, and English writing skills.

Preferred:

· Familiarity with construction/B2B portals and registration platforms.

· Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho) and lead automation tools.

· Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and basic WordPress CMS.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
