Job Title: Marketing Director – 360° Marketing (Real Estate)

Role Overview:

You will own end-to-end marketing—campaigns, branding, events, content—and oversee the agencies we work with, ensuring creative, impactful, and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
• Manage and coordinate multiple marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business goals.
• Oversee branding, events, and content initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Drive innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate management in the UAE, specifically in marketing.
• Proven experience managing campaigns, branding, events, and multiple agencies.
• Highly creative with strong storytelling and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
