Marketing & Front Desk Coordinator
Pay: $25–$30 per hour
Location: Somers, NY 10589
Schedule:

• Mon–Tue: 8 am–5 pm
• Wed–Thu: 10 am–7 pm
• Flexible scheduling available

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Plan, create, and post engaging content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Design and place ads for local newspapers and community publications
• Use Canva or similar tools to create eye-catching graphics and promotional materials
• Coordinate and manage local sponsorships and community partnerships

Front Desk & Patient Support

• Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Support administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Canva and familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Friendly, patient-first attitude and professional phone manner
• Dental office experience preferred but not required
• Prior marketing or design experience a plus
