Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for ZD Jasper Realty’s residential portfolio. This individual will be responsible for building the company’s brand presence, driving qualified leads, and supporting the successful launch and lease-up/sell-out of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for new condominium and rental building launches, including branding, advertising, and digital strategy.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, architects, designers, and sales/leasing teams to craft compelling property narratives and positioning.
• Manage external partners, including PR firms, creative agencies, photographers, and media vendors.
• Oversee creation of all marketing collateral: digital brochures, floorplans, websites, social media content, video, signage, and advertising.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive developments, and campaign performance to optimize strategy.
• Manage digital platforms and social media presence to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Coordinate and execute events such as launch parties, broker previews, and community activations.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI on campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or luxury industries.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns for property launches and driving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the NYC real estate market and audience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time, In-person (Great Neck and NYC offices)
• Mandarin speaking is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
