About the Role : The Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company’s vision, long-standing reputation, and growth objectives in the Libyan market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring our marketing initiatives are tailored to the unique dynamics of the local market.



Responsibilities :



  • Develop, implement, and monitor annual marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs specific to the Libyan market.
  • Oversee the development of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Supervise the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media and website.
  • Oversee the optimization of the company’s website for engagement, lead generation, and SEO performance.
  • Plan, launch, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies and service providers to ensure campaign quality and timely delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing data.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance and market development.


Qualifications :



  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).


Required Skills :



  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, social media strategy, and content marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt marketing strategies to the cultural and business context of Libya.


Preferred Skills :



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing activities in the Libyan or North African market.
