The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to drive growth, strengthen brand awareness, and generate qualified leads. This leader will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, content creation, brand management, social media, events, and partnership marketing.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable leading a team, managing external vendors, and executing initiatives that directly support revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.

Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation strategies across all divisions.

Collaborate with executive leadership and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Digital & Traditional Marketing

Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

Manage the company’s website, ensuring content, design, and performance support brand objectives.

Develop marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.) to support business development.

Coordinate media buying, sponsorships, community events, and PR opportunities.
Brand & Content Management

Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.

Create and oversee the content calendar, including blog posts, newsletters, and videos.

Lead storytelling efforts that highlight customer success, company culture, and community engagement.
Leadership & Team Management

Build, mentor, and manage an internal marketing team (designers, content creators, coordinators).

Manage relationships with outside vendors, creative agencies, and media partners.

Establish clear KPIs and report regularly on marketing performance and ROI.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and analytics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred:

Experience in the construction, roofing, or home services industry.
