Position Summary:

Doenges Toyota is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead all in-house marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all departments—new and used vehicles, service, body shop, parts, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and manage annual marketing plans aligned with dealership goals.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

• Coordinate with department heads to align marketing efforts with sales and service objectives.

Digital & Traditional Marketing

• Oversee all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website content.

• Manage traditional advertising including radio, print, direct mail, and outdoor media.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Content & Creative Direction

• Lead content creation for social media, video, blog posts, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for photography, videography, and graphic design.

Community Engagement & Events

• Plan and execute dealership events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.

• Represent Doenges Toyota at local events and build relationships with community partners.

Budget & Vendor Management

• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

• Negotiate contracts and oversee relationships with media outlets and marketing vendors.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation.

• Use analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
