Marketing Director

Pacifica Residential is a leading owner and operator of multifamily housing properties, dedicated to creating thriving communities for our residents. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in multifamily or residential leasing industry marketing and a passion for driving results through data, creativity, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and drive occupancy for our apartment communities.
• Manage digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and Internet Listing Service (ILS) partnerships.
• Oversee property websites, ensuring accurate, engaging, and search-optimized content.
• Partner with on-site leasing teams to align marketing with leasing goals and improve lead-to-lease conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance, report on ROI, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• Create compelling marketing materials and brand assets that enhance our presence in competitive markets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing for multifamily housing, property management, or residential leasing.
• Proficiency with Yardi CRM and RentCafe required.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation in the apartment industry.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to collaborate across teams

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
