Job Overview
We are Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys, a highly successful, multimillion-dollar personal injury law firm with a 15+ year track record of winning for our clients.

We’re looking for a highly experienced legal marketing and practice growth professional to join us as our new Marketing Director / Practice Builder

This is a high-level leadership role:

✅ You will work directly with the firm owner.

✅ You will drive diversified case acquisition, digital and beyond.

✅ You will help us future-proof the firm: More channels, more cases, more stability, more resilience.

Your Mission

• Help us supercharge our marketing.
• Optimize the digital we already have through our digital vendor (SEO, LSA, etc) for better ROI.
• Build an omnichannel growth engine that includes SEO, LSA's, paid media, conversion optimization, and LLM-based discovery and brand authority.
• Manage a six-figure annual marketing budget with clear tracking, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Help manage internal case acquisition operations
• Bring fresh strategies and energy to a firm that’s ready to go to the next level.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have: At least 5 years’ experience in legal marketing + operations in personal injury.
• Proven track record of success driving case growth and revenue.
• Strong understanding of both digital and non-digital personal injury marketing.
• Budget management and performance tracking expertise.
• Leadership mindset: You’re not just a player.
• Bonus points for: COO or high-level operations experience; mass tort experience; Kansas City and regional connections.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
