We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Marketing Director to lead our group of companies marketing endeavors. As the Chief of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals. Your leadership will drive our marketing efforts, including market research, branding, marketing communications, digital marketing, and public relations.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
Build and assist in hiring a high-performing marketing team.
Conduct market research to identify trends, market opportunities, and challenges and adjust marketing strategy as needed.
Oversee the company's branding efforts, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels and marketing materials.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, and multimedia.
Direct and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Manage public relations, shaping the company’s public image.
Build and define KPIs and initiatives to achieve desired results.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions for future strategies.
Work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and business objectives.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and evolve strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Director, preferably in a similar industry, with a successful track record in senior marketing roles.
Broad marketing experience covering strategic planning, branding, digital marketing, and PR.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.
