Position Summary

We are looking for a technically strong and marketing-savvy Marketing Engineer to help bridge the gap between engineering and market needs. This role is ideal for someone who can understand complex technical concepts and convert them into clear, compelling marketing content and customer solutions.

As a Marketing Engineer at Trojans, you will assist in market research, product positioning, content creation, lead generation, and supporting sales and marketing campaigns aimed at expanding Trojan’s presence in the digital manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate technical specifications of Our products, services, and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Assist in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor trends, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and management teams to support product positioning and messaging.
• Participate in customer engagement activities including meetings, product demos, and technical discussions.
• Manage outreach efforts such as cold calling, lead follow-ups, and arranging meetings with potential clients.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities for brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronics preferred).
• Strong aptitude for understanding technical specifications and industrial processes.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, digital tools, and promotional strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in technical marketing or B2B industrial marketing is a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
