We’re looking for a Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator to help fill our classrooms, strengthen our community presence, and ensure every family feels valued from their first inquiry to their first day — and beyond.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator who will be responsible for promoting our school, managing inquiries, conducting tours, and implementing strategies that not only drive enrollment, but also retention. This person will also support the School Director as needed with community outreach and light administrative duties that align marketing and operations goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for early childhood education, a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence, a people person, and the ability to inspire and connect with a team of dedicated educators, children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive new enrollments.
  • Manage inquiries and follow-ups using our CRM system; ensure prompt and professional responses.
  • Schedule and conduct engaging school tours that lead to enrollments.
  • Maintain a strong social media & online presence (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
  • Create marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and digital content using Canva or similar tools.
  • Track and report marketing and enrollment metrics weekly.
  • Build relationships through community outreach events, partnerships, and local collaborations.
  • Family & Community Engagement: Support family retention by cultivating strong relationships with families through regular communication, conferences, and involvement in school activities. Foster a sense of community by engaging parents and external partners in the preschool’s mission.
  • Provide light administrative and enrollment support to the School Director.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth: Work with the leadership team to establish long-term goals, develop, and implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the preschool's growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, enrollment, or customer relations (childcare or in an education field)
  • Outgoing, friendly, and passionate about helping families find the right early learning environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with social media, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Education: This will be a plus, but not required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $35,000 – $40,000 per year (based on experience)

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
