Role Overview
Marketing & Event Specialist will support the development and execution of communication strategies that strengthen Asteri Beauty’s brand presence in the market. This role involves handling marketing activities inc.: coordinating PR campaigns, events execution and management while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all internal and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Events

Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute events

Vendor & Venue Management: Work closely with vendors, suppliers,agencies and venues to ensure smooth event logistics.

Budget Management: Develop and coordinate event budgets. Ensure events are executed within financial constraints while still meeting quality expectations.

Logistics & Operations: Manage event timelines, coordinate transportation, catering, audiovisual, signage, security, and other logistics.

On-site Supervision: Be present on-site during events to oversee setup, operations, and ensure everything runs according to plan, which requires travels in Saudi and GCC region.

Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and other channels.

Post-event Evaluation: Evaluate event success and suggest areas for improvement for future events.
Public Relations

Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and media visibility.

Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand statements.

Build and maintain relationships with beauty editors, journalists, bloggers, and key media outlets.

Track and analyze media coverage, preparing regular PR reports.
Communications & Branding

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Support in creating content for press releases, newsletters, speeches, and corporate announcements.

Coordinate internal communication activities to keep employees engaged and aligned with brand values.

Monitor industry trends, competitors, and media activity to identify opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

At least 2 year of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries).

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
