About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Events Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role involves coordinating promotions, partnerships, and events for both online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate brand activations, food festivals, and local community events.
• Work closely with the social media team for event promotions and digital campaigns.
• Manage vendor relationships, sponsorships, and event logistics.
• Create event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop creative event concepts to attract target audiences.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Gather customer feedback and prepare event performance reports.
• Assist in designing marketing collaterals such as flyers, banners, and merchandise.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or promotions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva is a plus.
• Flexible to work evenings/weekends during events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
