Marketing Executive

We are House of Elements Fragrances, a premium fragrance brand based in Abu Dhabi. Our mission is to transform everyday spaces and experiences through beautifully crafted scents and perfumes.

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life, blending strategy with execution, and driving brand growth across digital, social, and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and manage 360° marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Execute social media campaigns (content, scheduling, ads, performance tracking).
  • Align all campaigns with brand goals, seasonal promotions, and product launches.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with designers to create engaging ads, banners, signages, brochures, and packaging visuals.
  • Provide creative briefs, review revisions, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with UGC creators, influencers, and photographers for campaign materials.

Social Media Management

  • Build and manage content calendars across all channels.
  • Write engaging captions, oversee visuals, and ensure a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and manage customer interaction.

Advertising & Paid Media

  • Oversee digital ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Work with specialists to optimize targeting, budgets, and creatives.
  • Track ROI and recommend scaling strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, sales uplift).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Market Research & Brand Development

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  • Conduct market research for product launches and campaigns.
  • Propose innovative marketing ideas to strengthen brand awareness.

Events & Collaborations

  • Support brand activations, trade shows, and workshops.
  • Manage influencer campaigns and PR activities.
  • Prepare press kits and coordinate media outreach.

Administrative & Team Support

  • Manage budgets, vendors, and campaign timelines.
  • Coordinate smoothly across marketing, sales, and design teams.
  • Maintain a database of creatives and marketing assets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or equivalent).
  • 2–4 years’ experience in marketing (luxury, lifestyle, or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media, paid ads, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud (basic level), Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
