GENERAL ROLE :


We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support the Marketing team in driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating compelling content that resonates with our diverse clientele.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :


Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Miraval The Red Sea colleagues continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As Marketing Executive, you will need to:


1. Marketing & Communications Support

  • Assist in the implementation of the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy across all platforms.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread Arabic marketing copy, collateral, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Support the development of promotional campaigns and coordinate design, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update hotel marketing collateral and digital content (fact sheets, brochures, flyers, etc.).


2. Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Support in creating and scheduling content for the hotel’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with graphic designers produce visual content for marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media and digital campaigns and report key findings.
  • Update and maintain content on the hotel’s website and third-party platforms.


3. Public Relations & Media Relations

  • Assist with the coordination of media visits, influencer stays, and press events.
  • Help prepare media kits, press releases, and other PR materials.
  • Maintain an updated media and influencer contact list.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare monthly PR clippings and reports.


4. Brand Management

  • Ensure all marketing and communication materials are consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Liaise with internal departments (F&B, Events, Spa, Rooms, etc.) to gather and share accurate promotional content.
  • Support the implementation of new brand standards and seasonal campaigns as directed by brand or corporate office.


5. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Track marketing activities and maintain a calendar of campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing related to marketing and advertising spend.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and presentations on marketing activity performance.
  • Maintain organized archives of creative assets, media coverage, and campaign records.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, particularly for social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and management tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Highly creative with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.


Preferred Experience:

  • Prior marketing experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and content optimization.


WORK ENVIRONMENT


  • Agile & flexible in mindfully using Miraval The Red Sea’s facilities (indoor/outdoor) as training venue or any training purpose
