Synergy Medica, a leading importer and distributor of advanced medical equipment in India, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in Marketing and promoting medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across the region. IMMEDIATE RECUIREMENT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and market our medical equipment portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Identify potential customers, build relationships, and secure orders to drive sales growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of the medical equipment.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients, track sales leads, and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business targets and meet sales quotas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Medical/Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proactive and smart-working individual who can work independently to achieve targets.
- Male candidates only (as per company requirements).
- Own a bike and a smartphone for easy commuting and communication with clients.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits within the region.
- Utilize Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Maintain effective communication within the team.
