We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive to help us expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, strong strategic thinking skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote MYB’s ELV and IT solutions.
- · Brand Management: Enhance MYB’s brand visibility and reputation through various marketing channels.
- · Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- · Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- · Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify and engage potential clients through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- · Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, understand client needs, and analyze competitors.
- · Client & Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- · Event & Exhibition Participation: Represent MYB at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
- · Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, using analytics to optimize strategies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.

· Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the ELV, IT, or technology sector.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is preferred.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Digital Marketing Skills: Proficient in using digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, email platforms, etc.).
- Content Creation: Strong ability to create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, websites, blogs).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze marketing data and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
