QULAIFICATION: DEGREE

EXPERIENCE: ABOVE 2 YEARS (experience in Health Industry is a Plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote laboratory testing and research services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, client segments, and competitor activities

Brand and Communication:

• Create and manage content for marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media, brochures, and presentations.
• Coordinate branding activities to maintain a consistent corporate image.

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Build relationships with hospitals, clinicsDoctors,research institutions, and other potential clients.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and seminars to represent the laboratory.

Lead Generation & Conversion

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Work with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into active clients.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Liaise with technical teams to understand laboratory capabilities and translate them into client-friendly communication.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printing, advertising, and promotional activities

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, CRM platforms).
• Ability to understand and simplify technical/scientific information.
