Marketing Executive

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and coordinate our marketing initiatives. The role will involve managing campaigns across multiple platforms, building brand partnerships and driving lead generation

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Coordination

  • Plan, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and experiential) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for branding, content, and campaign execution.
  • Develop customer-centric promotional strategies for peak seasons, holidays, and special events.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and monitor social media campaigns to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage search engine marketing (SEM), SEO, and paid ads to optimize ROI.
  • Track performance analytics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Strengthen and expand partnerships with airlines, financial institutions , hospitality groups, and lifestyle brands.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that enhance visibility and drive joint promotions.
  • Manage corporate tie-ups, loyalty programs, and co-branded campaigns.

Customer Engagement & CRM

  • Manage customer interactions via CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and bookings.
  • Use data-driven insights to create personalized offers, improve retention, and increase upselling.
  • Encourage customer reviews and implement reputation management strategies.

Website & E-Commerce Management

  • Regularly update website content, offers, and rates across all vehicle categories.
  • Monitor booking engine performance and coordinate with IT teams for enhancements.
  • Run online-exclusive promotions and ensure seamless customer journey across digital touchpoints.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, demand patterns, and new opportunities.
  • Provide insights to management for long-term strategic planning.

Branding & Public Relations

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (online, offline, print, and in-vehicle branding).
  • Organize PR events, sponsorships, and activations to strengthen brand presence.
  • Develop corporate communication material (brochures, newsletters, press releases).

Reporting & KPIs

  • Measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs like lead conversion, cost-per-acquisition, customer lifetime value, and brand reach.
  • Prepare monthly reports on marketing ROI, customer engagement, and business growth impact.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within car rental, automotive, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot/Zoho CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
