Section I: Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for executing and supporting marketing campaigns, events, social media strategies, and PR activities. This position will work closely with the marketing team, internal departments, external vendors, and agencies to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, social media strategy, and event coordination, with a creative and proactive approach to driving marketing efforts.
Section II: Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Team

Assist in the execution and follow-up of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Manage and develop internal communication channels, including the company intranet, newsletters, and internal announcements.
Events, Activations & Sponsorships

Support in organizing and managing both internal and external events, activations, and sponsorships, ensuring smooth execution.

Suggest creative ideas for activations and propose new vendors for various events.

Conduct weekly reviews of ongoing activations, collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Senior Manager to ensure success.

Maintain an event calendar and document outcomes for future reference and reporting.
Support Social Media Strategy & Management

Assist in executing and following up on social media strategies, campaigns, and initiatives across all platforms.

Develop and maintain content calendars that align with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Manage paid social media campaigns, collaborating with agencies and managing budgets to maximize reach and ROI.
PR & Media Monitoring

Track PR coverage and media exposure, preparing detailed reports for internal review.

Assist in managing the company’s public relations efforts, ensuring consistent and positive brand presence in the media.
Administrative & Coordination Support

Assist in preparing Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for marketing discussions, ensuring clear documentation of key takeaways and actions.

Take ownership of managing the company intranet, ensuring timely updates and employee engagement.

Coordinate team schedules, ensuring alignment with marketing calendar and deadlines.

Support documentation, filing systems, and overall project organization within the marketing team.

Hold regular alignment meetings with the Marketing Manager to ensure clarity on priorities and deliverables.
Section III: Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is required.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a specialized marketing qualification is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.

Certifications in marketing, graphic design, digital marketing, or related areas (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Social Media Marketing certifications) would be beneficial.
Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or PR & events roles, with a proven track record in executing strategies, managing projects and activations.

Experience in the real estate industry and/or luxury industry is preferred.

Proven experience in social media strategy and management, with a strong grasp of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.

Hands-on experience with paid social media campaigns, particularly working with agencies and managing budgets for digital marketing efforts.

Experience in PR and media relations, with the ability to work with external PR agencies and manage brand communications effectively.
