What You’ll Do:

• Champion the brand’s vision and translate it into dynamic marketing campaigns.
• Identify and seize opportunities to expand market presence and customer reach.
• Shape the brand narrative to resonate with diverse audiences across multiple channels.
• Influence decision-making with data-driven insights and performance analysis
• Lead and drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that directly impact brand growth and revenue.
• Take full ownership of digital and offline campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility and measurable results.
• Strategically manage social media platforms, content creation, and online reputation to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify business opportunities, competitive trends, and consumer behavior, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain strong collaborations with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Measure, track, and report performance of all marketing initiatives with clear ROI and KPI-driven outcomes.
• Plan, organize, and execute high-level promotional events and marketing activations that elevate the company’s profile.
• Position the brand as a market leader through consistent, professional, and impactful communication.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred is a plus).
• 4+ years of proven experience in a marketing role, with strong achievements in brand building and campaign success.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic speaking preferred).
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media management.
• Strong creativity combined with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
