About the Role

Bluestar Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and trends.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and agencies to develop marketing materials.
• Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Prepare reports to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
