Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving company growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationship. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and market knowledge skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams (logistics, accounts, and operations) for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
  • Market knowledge and networking ability.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and passion for sales may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
