Marketing Executive

Contract: 1 year (renewable and extendable)

Role:

As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to contribute to establishing our client's Smoke-Free products as an experience brand across the GCC markets by delivering locally relevant and engaging omni-channel communication campaigns and compelling brand content that will drive brand awareness, consideration, intent to purchase and loyalty, resulting in sales and market share growth and a sustained emotional connection with consumers.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Embed global best practices in local content management through the trans-creation of messages, toolboxes and initiatives generated by global teams.
  • Work closely with the trade marketing teams across markets for the effective deployment of product and brand communication initiatives.
  • Liaise with company's markets and use best practices for planning and executing brand communication strategy.
  • Brief and guide agencies on specific projects to achieve excellence in execution at the best price.
  • Maintain the markets marketing calendar updated and ensure all assets are delivered on time.
  • Produce creative content to be used in offline channels including print and videos.
  • Ensure that all brand assets are developed in full compliance with local regulations, company Marketing Code/guidelines and Business Conduct Principles & Practices.


Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration/Marketing; MBA is a plus
  • You have 4-6 years of B2C brand marketing experience on the brand side or in a content development role within a creative/ media agency, e-commerce, or social media companies
  • Strong understanding of and passion for brand marketing and communication
  • Excellent planning and project management skills, experience working in multi-disciplinary cross-functional project teams
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities and data-driven thinking
  • Content creation and toolkit development experience is an asset
  • Fast learner, curious and outward looking
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills and experience working in lean, agile, test & learn environments, where continuous improvement is the norm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Arabic is an asset.
