They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities

Manage all social media accounts of the Kuwait branch.

Coordinate with HO marketing team for content and artwork approval.

Ensure regular and engaging content posting aligned with brand guidelines.

Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.

Liaise with Sales Division Heads to collect marketing activities in advance.

Prepare and execute a branch-level marketing plan based on inputs from sales teams.

Align marketing activities with sales goals to enhance lead generation and conversion.

Arrange marketing materials (brochures, kits, promotional items, Display stand etc.) as per the needs of Sales Division Heads and their teams.

Ensure materials are in line with HO branding and quality standards.

Proactively generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns tailored to the Kuwait market.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
-
Propose new digital and offline strategies to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

Present actionable proposals to management, supported by market insights, audience data, and ROI projections.

Suggest influencer collaborations, promotional partnerships, or interactive campaigns to enhance local reach.

Plan and manage branch seminars, exhibitions, and events.

Organize visitor itineraries and ensure all logistical requirements are arranged efficiently.

Prepare and maintain a marketing calendar based on guidelines from the HO marketing team.

Monitor timelines and execution of campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Propose and manage the marketing budget for the branch.

Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize return on investment.

Support the planning and execution of trade activities to help the sales team achieve their targets.

Maintain detailed records of past trade events and promotional kits for future use.

Ensure that the online portfolio of products/services is regularly updated with current content, stock availability, and pricing.

Prepare and submit all required documentation to obtain ministry permits for marketing/promotional activities.

Coordinate closely with the Legal Department to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in the same field

Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills

Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
