Marketing Executive

Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Executive who is required to build Trusity’s brand on a larger scale, drive Trusity’s offerings and explore avenues for lead generation. In this role, you will work closely with Trusity’s founding members, as well as other stakeholders from the academic ecosystem, to meet the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and activities.
• Plan, strategize, and implement marketing campaigns to promote company offerings.
• Collaborate with the SEO and performance marketing team to track campaign performance, gather weekly analytics, and prepare actionable insights.
• Manage social media marketing, including concepts of ads, boosting, and content promotion across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging visual and video content using Canva and video editing tools to support campaigns.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, ensuring campaigns are aligned with company goals.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies/vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2– 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital/tech/edtech environment.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and at least one video editing tool (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media advertising and boosting strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
