Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our business growth by promoting products/services, executing marketing campaigns, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote company products/services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Create engaging content for digital and print platforms (social media, website, brochures, etc.).
• Manage social media platforms and online marketing activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development.
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with clients and external partners.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve strategies.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
