Job Title: Marketing Executive – Textiles Industry

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹20,000 (basic) + Incentives on achieving sales targets

Travel Requirement: 2 weeks per month (Travel tickets and food allowance provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing activities (70–80% of role) to promote textile products and expand customer reach.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Make follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients to drive sales conversions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets; incentives will be provided for performance above target.
• Collect and analyze market feedback to suggest improvements in marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of Hindi (preferred); Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (two weeks per month).
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
