Position Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Hospital’s services and products.

· Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

· Conduct market research to understand the healthcare landscape, competition, and patient needs.

· Identify potential areas for business development and growth.

· Create short-term and long-term plans for market penetration.

· Enhance the hospital's brand image through various marketing channels. Develop and implement branding campaigns to increase awareness.

· Utilize digital platforms for marketing, including social media, websites, and online advertising.

· Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.

· Establish relationships with local communities, businesses, and organizations. Organize health camps, workshops, and seminars to engage with the community.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals. Collaborate with medical practitioners to enhance referral networks.

· Implement strategies to attract and retain patients. Develop patient-centric programs and services.

· Create marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content. Ensure consistency in branding across all materials.

· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and business development initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of various strategies.

Educational Qualification : Any Degree / MBA Marketing
Experience : More than 1 year hospital marketing experience
Preferred : Male Candidates only
