Marketing executive

Job Summary:

The Business & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, client acquisition, and fund development. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue and funding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop and build the business and funds support for organizational growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for branding, events, and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
• Engagement rate, conversion rate, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Number of successful events executed and leads generated from events.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tripunithura, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
