We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to join our growing team — someone who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns, bring our brand stories to life, and make every piece of content count.


As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of planning and executing our marketing strategy — from crafting engaging content and managing photoshoots to securing sponsorships and partnerships that elevate our brand presence.

Lychee is the leading player in the rapidly growing healthy food industry in Egypt, with a unique and highly scalable position in the market that combines a healthy fast- food retail arm and a manufacturing arm for healthy packaged foods. Most notably fresh juices and Greek yogurt.


As part of our greater mission to make healthier food choices accessible and sustainable for people's everyday lifestyle - we're extending our commitment to the region with our entry into the Saudi Arabian market, with a substantial retail expansion plan and on-ground operations starting Q2, 2025 in Riyadh.


Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.


What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage content calendars across social media, digital, and offline channels.
  • Create and oversee engaging content — from copywriting to visual storytelling.
  • Coordinate and manage photoshoots and video productions with creative teams.
  • Handle brand sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations to maximize exposure.
  • Work closely with designers and agencies to deliver consistent brand visuals.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations.
  • Support the launch of new products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain brand tone and identity across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, retail, and digital teams for alignment.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure high ROI and efficiency.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or brand communication (F&B or retail background preferred)
  • Strong understanding of content creation, social media, and brand marketing
  • Strong project management skills with attention to details and timelines
  • Experience in coordinating photoshoots and working with creative agencies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
