About The Role

This position is designed for a fresher or junior professional who will support the marketing function across various areas including public relations, content development, digital marketing, campaigns, and routine coordination. The role is primarily execution-focused and provides a strong learning platform with exposure to multiple facets of marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for the smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Assist in the implementation of PR initiatives, content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and event-related activities.
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, reports, and communication assets.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience insights to aid in campaign planning.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned marketing tasks and adherence to project timelines.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to contribute new and relevant ideas.
• Working knowledge of tools such as MS Office / Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn emerging tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Internship or academic project experience in marketing or digital marketing will be advantageous.
