Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services across the aviation and technology sectors. The role requires a balance of technical understanding, creative marketing execution, and industry insight, focusing on B2B marketing for Airport IT, AI/ML, IoT, and Robotics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals in Airport IT and emerging tech sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customers in aviation and technology domains.
- Support in defining target segments (airports, ground handlers, airlines, system integrators, etc.) and crafting tailored value propositions.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and content marketing) targeting decision-makers in the aviation and tech industries.
- Develop content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages with a focus on technology innovation and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for lead generation and engagement.
3. Product & Solution Marketing
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to translate complex technology solutions (AI, ML, IoT, Robotics) into clear marketing messages and materials.
- Create brochures, datasheets, whitepapers, explainer videos, and presentations highlighting solution capabilities and business value.
- Manage and update marketing collateral to align with evolving products and technologies.
4. Event & Exhibition Management
- Plan and execute company participation in airport technology exhibitions, aviation summits, and AI/IoT conferences.
- Coordinate booth design, marketing materials, and follow-up campaigns for maximum ROI from events.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
5. Branding & Communication
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels — digital, print, events, and partner communications.
- Maintain and regularly update the corporate website with news, success stories, and technical insights.
- Manage corporate communication, PR activities, and press releases related to key partnerships or deployments.
6. Lead Generation & CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Use CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to track leads, campaign outcomes, and customer engagement.
- Prepare periodic marketing performance and ROI reports for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of technology marketing, preferably in Airport IT, AI, ML, IoT, or Robotics domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Creative mindset with good visual sense for graphics, presentations, and videos.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical approach to assess campaign performance and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Engineering (with marketing interest).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology marketing — preferably in IT, automation, or aviation sectors.
- Experience with digital campaigns, event marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with AI, ML, IoT, and automation technologies is an added advantage.
