Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive with strong marketing and business development skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and building strategic relationships. The role involves frequent client meetings and coordination with architects to support project conversions.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and position our interior design services through effective marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and potential clients.
• Identify prospective clients and develop targeted strategies to reach and engage them.
• Generate high-quality leads and ensure timely conversion into successful projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to present and highlight unique project features.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Visit active construction sites regularly and interact with owners, site engineers, supervisors, and security personnel to gather client and architect details.
• Contribute to the company’s business growth through strategic marketing and field activities.

Key Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or business development (interior industry experience is a plus).
• Strong ability to work independently and manage field activities.
• Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
