Key responsibilities
- Strategic planning and execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services, specialties, and programs.
- Market and audience analysis: Conduct market research to identify patient needs, preferences, and demographic trends to inform marketing efforts.
- Campaign management: Create, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO, social media, email) and traditional (print, events).
- Digital and online presence: Manage the hospital's website, social media profiles, and other online platforms to ensure consistent and up-to-date content.
- Content development: Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, and website content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams, and medical staff to create cohesive messaging and align marketing with organizational goals.
- Community outreach: Organize and participate in events, webinars, and community outreach programs to build brand visibility and relationships.
- Budget and performance management: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track campaign performance to report on ROI.
- Brand management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing efforts, and maintain compliance with healthcare marketing regulations.
Required skills and qualifications
1. Languages: Kannada , English, Tamil & Telugu
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is typically required.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
