1. Position Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, drive sales performance, and strengthen the company’s market presence. This role oversees digital marketing, branding, advertising, market research, and team coordination, ensuring all campaigns align with the company’s goals and image.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a full marketing strategy for sales, rentals, and property management services.
  • Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and budgets.
  • Plan and execute online and offline campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing actions for each segment.

B. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage digital marketing activities including:
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • TikTok campaigns
  • SEO & website optimization
  • Email marketing & CRM automation
  • Oversee social media content, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
  • Track analytics and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.

C. Brand Development & Creative Direction

  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms (logo usage, colors, messaging).
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, videos, and company profiles.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and advertising agencies.
  • Maintain and enhance the company website and online presence.

D. Property Marketing

  • Oversee professional photography, videography, drone shoots, and virtual tours.
  • Ensure all listings on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) are optimized, visually appealing, and updated.
  • Develop marketing plans for new property launches and exclusive listings.

E. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Create marketing funnels to drive leads to the sales team.
  • Track the performance of lead generation campaigns and optimize ROI.
  • Provide sales agents with marketing tools, property kits, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with agents to market high-priority listings.

F. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze UAE real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor campaigns.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and recommend new marketing channels.
  • Prepare monthly reports on marketing insights, KPIs, and campaign results.

G. Team Management & Coordination

  • Lead and train the marketing team (content creators, agents, designers).
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet company standards.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Admin, and Property Management departments.
  • Evaluate team performance and conduct regular meetings.

3. Skills & QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRM, and analytics tools.
