Must be creative, data-driven professional responsible for enhancing the brand's online presence, managing influencer collaborations, and creating engaging content that tells the story behind each scent. This role involves a blend of creative strategy and analytical tracking to drive brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and product launch initiatives.
· Content Creation & Curation: Plan, create, and manage a monthly content calendar of engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos (Reels, TikToks), and compelling copy/captions, that reflects the brand's luxury aesthetic and storytelling (e.g., fragrance notes and inspiration).
· Platform Management: Manage day-to-day activities across all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring brand consistency and optimal posting times.
· Community Engagement: Act as the brand's voice online, engaging with comments, messages, and mentions to foster a loyal community and manage brand reputation.
· Influencer & PR Coordination: Identify, outreach, and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators to drive reach and product advocacy.
· Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI), provide actionable insights, and optimize future campaigns.
· Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities within the beauty and luxury retail sectors to keep the brand's content fresh and relevant.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, R&D, and sales teams to ensure unified messaging across all channels and support retail activations and product launches.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: Typically 2-5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong preference for experience within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury lifestyle industries.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities.
· Creativity & Aesthetics: A strong creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling to align with the brand's luxury positioning.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva) and basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut).
· Data Literacy: Ability to interpret data and use insights to make informed decisions.
· ** Adaptability:** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
