We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing Executive to grow healthcare services through referral tie-ups with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients. The role is primarily field-based and focuses on developing long-term referral networks across Radiology and other clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage referral relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers for Radiology and other healthcare services.
- Identify and establish corporate and institutional tie-ups, including insurance partners, companies, and healthcare networks.
- Conduct regular field visits to referral sources to promote available medical services, capabilities, and service standards.
- Present service offerings, turnaround times, quality benchmarks, and reporting processes to potential partners.
- Coordinate with internal clinical, operations, and front-desk teams to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
- Support onboarding of new referral partners, including agreements, pricing discussions, and operational coordination.
- Track referral volumes, conversion rates, and revenue generated from referral and corporate accounts.
- Prepare regular business development and referral performance reports for management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or business development, preferably in clinics, hospitals, or diagnostic centers.
- Proven experience in doctor referrals, clinic/hospital tie-ups, and corporate healthcare business.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (reports, presentations, proposals).
- Target-oriented, organized, and professional.
