Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will take full ownership of assigned markets, driving marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase awareness, and empower sales teams to achieve business goals. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic content development and market engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the marketing strategy for assigned markets, developing a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

· Create, write, and manage high-quality marketing content across multiple channels, including social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and campaign assets.

· Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans informed by market insights and competitor research.

· Oversee day-to-day marketing activities to ensure consistent brand representation across digital, social, and offline platforms such as industry events.

· Collaborate with internal teams for creative production, content development, and campaign implementation.

· Work closely with the sales team to develop communication assets, including sales decks, industry-specific demos, case studies, and research-driven materials.

· Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and contribute to data-driven optimization.

· Support event execution, stakeholder engagement, and thought-leadership initiatives.

· Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all marketing touchpoints.

Required Experience & Skills

· Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand management—preferably within a technology company or advertising agency.

· Strong content writing, storytelling, and messaging adaptation skills across diverse audiences and channels.

· Solid understanding of brand building, marketing communications, and digital marketing principles.

· Proven ability to execute marketing activities with precision, speed, and attention to detail.

· Strong research and analytical skills to support insight-driven marketing strategies.

· Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

· Passion for creativity, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.

· Background in the technology sector is highly preferred.
