Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Biz Virtue is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support our branding and lead generation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with performance-driven marketing, contributing to brand visibility while supporting business growth through quality leads.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranding & Content Creation

• Manage Biz Virtue’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging content, captions, and basic creatives using tools like Canva
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives
• Coordinate and support video content creation (reels, shorts, basic editing)
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads support)
• Monitor, track, and report leads and campaign performance
• Support basic SEO activities (keyword coordination, content alignment)
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals

Website & Marketing Coordination

• Manage basic website updates (WordPress or CMS-based)
• Coordinate with freelancers or agencies for advanced SEO, paid campaigns, or video shoots
• Prepare simple marketing reports and performance summaries

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Good understanding of social media marketing and content creation
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics
• Basic knowledge of lead generation concepts
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

Good to Have

• Basic video editing skills
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS
• Exposure to SEO tools or paid advertising platforms
• Experience coordinating with freelancers or vendors
