Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there.
We are looking for a full-time marketer to own acquisition and revenue growth for our construction training vertical. This is a high demand market where individuals need industry recognised certification to work on site. The audience is large, the intent is strong, and the opportunity to scale is significant.
You will own the full marketing function for this vertical. That includes paid acquisition, landing page performance, email marketing, content, and reporting. You will be measured on cost per acquisition, bookings, and revenue.
What you will be doing

Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google and Meta. Manage budgets, audiences, bidding strategies, ad copy, and creative testing

Build and test landing pages to improve conversion rates. Write copy, structure layouts, configure forms, and coordinate with design using Figma for asset production

Set up and manage email marketing in HubSpot. Build automation workflows, nurture sequences, re engagement campaigns, booking reminders, and post purchase communications

Use GA4 and Fullstory to analyse user behaviour across the funnel. Identify where users drop off and implement changes to improve flow and conversion

Develop content that drives organic traffic and supports paid acquisition. Write or commission blog posts, guides, comparison pages, and resources relevant to the audience

Track performance daily across all channels. Monitor CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and booking volumes. Make decisions from the data and adjust spend accordingly

Research the competitive landscape, search trends, and audience behaviour to inform positioning and campaign strategy

Run creative testing across ad formats and landing page layouts. Build a library of what performs and apply learnings systematically

Coordinate with the content and creative teams to produce assets, ensuring quality and consistency across touchpoints

Own the reporting rhythm for your vertical. Present results, insights, and next steps clearly to the wider team
What We're Looking For
Must haves:

B2C performance marketing experience where you were accountable for acquisition cost and revenue, not just traffic or impressions

Hands on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing

Working knowledge of GA4 and experience using behavioural analytics tools such as Fullstory or Hotjar to inform decisions

Email marketing experience in HubSpot or a similar platform, including automation and lifecycle campaigns

Strong analytical ability. You are comfortable working with data and translating it into action
