Your Role

As a Executive – Performance Marketing , we are looking for a hands-on paid acquisition specialist who has actively managed and optimized Meta and Google Ads campaigns. This role focuses on driving bookings and revenue through performance channels, running structured experiments, and improving campaign efficiency across the funnel.

About You

  • Build, manage, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on bookings, revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Own campaign execution across channels including Meta Ads (Reels, Feed, Stories) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and take optimization decisions related to bidding, targeting, creatives, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and funnel experimentation to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and Ads Manager dashboards to identify scaling opportunities.
  • Work closely with growth, brand, and product teams to translate campaign insights into actionable experiments.
  • Maintain structured UTM tracking and ensure campaign attribution is accurate across paid channels.
  • Support lifecycle and retention initiatives by identifying performance gaps across acquisition funnels.
  • Collaborate with tech and analytics teams to ensure clean tracking across web and app platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and AOV.
  • Experience scaling campaigns and optimizing budgets based on performance data.
  • Comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Understanding of funnels, attribution basics, and user segmentation from a paid acquisition perspective.
  • Ability to translate campaign performance into clear insights and actions.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns with clear performance targets.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

Bonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them!

  • Experience with CleverTap or engagement platforms.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Experience setting up UTMs and troubleshooting attribution gaps.
