Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Resource who is passionate about content creation and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who understands social media, basic SEO, and short-form video content, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging written content for social media posts, captions, and basic ad copies
• Assist in developing short scripts for social media reels and promotional videos
• Support SEO activities, including keyword research, basic on-page optimization, and content alignment
• Create and edit short-form videos and reels (basic level) for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats
• Assist in marketing research and idea generation for campaigns
• Attend marketing events for company publicity and accompany the management when required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing tasks

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related role
• Basic understanding of:
• Content creation and copywriting
• SEO optimization (basic on-page SEO)
• Social media platforms and reel-based content
• Basic video editing skills (reels, short clips, transitions, captions)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow professionally

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, basic Google Analytics)
• Interest in brand marketing and content strategy
