Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring alignment with business development objectives. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email, paid ads).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of content, promotional materials, and branding assets.
• Collaborate with the sales/business development team to generate and convert leads.
• Manage relationships with vendors, media, and external agencies.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Organize and manage events, webinars, and exhibitions to promote the company.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, ensuring effective execution of projects.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, preferably with managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Linkedin Sales Navigator is a must have
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
• Creativity and innovation in developing new marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Experience in CRM, SEO, Google Analytics, and paid media is required.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
