Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across digital channels, employer branding, and software product promotion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and SaaS/product-based marketing with a data-driven mindset.

NOTE: This is an ONSITE role based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email marketing.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
  • Run paid campaigns (PPC) with a focus on ROI, conversion rates, and cost optimization.
  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies including blogs, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and conversion.

2. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other hiring platforms.
  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, employee stories) to showcase company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with HR to align recruitment campaigns with branding strategies.
  • Monitor brand perception and improve online reputation.

3. Software Product & SaaS Marketing

  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies for software products and SaaS solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Develop product marketing materials including case studies, whitepapers, demos, and presentations.
  • Support sales teams with lead generation campaigns and marketing collateral.

4. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Manage company social media channels with a focus on B2B engagement and brand growth.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor trends and implement innovative marketing ideas.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Measure KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, and ROI.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights for campaign performance.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a software house or SaaS company.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • SEO, SEM, and keyword research
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
  • Google Analytics & reporting tools
  • Experience with website CMS (WordPress or similar)
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and landing page optimization

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Team collaboration and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing and SaaS product promotion
  • Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools and automation platforms
  • Experience in employer branding campaigns for tech companies
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  • Lead generation and conversion rates

  • Cost per lead (CPL) and ROI on campaigns
  • Employer brand engagement metrics
  • Social media growth and engagement
