Performance marketer Google & Meta Ads

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Performance marketer Google & Meta Ads with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize ads for CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and conversions
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
• Create compelling ad copies and A/B test variations
• Track conversions using Google Analytics & Tag Manager
• Prepare and share performance reports with insights
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience with Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics & conversion tracking
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets
• Understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnels
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Google Ads Certification (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads (plus point)
• Strong communication and reporting skills
