Job Purpose:
To support the planning and execution of marketing activities for Al Abrar Real Estate, primarily focusing on the Hay Al Wafaa project and upcoming developments, in order to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support overall sales performance in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns in line with business objectives
· Prepare and manage monthly social media content calendars across all platforms
· Develop, publish, and monitor daily digital content to ensure consistency and engagement
· Coordinate and support participation in local and international exhibitions, events, and property showcases
· Execute lead generation campaigns and track performance metrics
· Liaise with external service providers including marketing agencies, media partners, photographers, and suppliers
· Coordinate the development of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, presentations, and promotional content
· Propose innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market reach
· Suggest and coordinate video and multimedia content with relevant teams
· Monitor company social media platforms and recommend strategies for continuous growth and improvement
· Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, and Management) for project-related marketing inputs
· Liaise with relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Housing, for approvals and communications when required
· Ensure all marketing activities comply with company standards and applicable regulations in Oman
· Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising
· Experience in the real estate or property development sector in Oman or GCC is preferred
· Experience in content creation and marketing materials development will be an added advantage

· Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
· Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva or similar platforms is preferred
Working Relationships:
Internal: Sales Team, Finance Team, Senior Management
External: Marketing Agencies, Media Partners, Suppliers, Photographers, Government Authorities
Employment Conditions (as per Oman Labour Law):
· Employment will be in accordance with the applicable labour regulations of the Sultanate of Oman
· Working hours, leave entitlement, and benefits will be as per company policy and Oman Labour Law
· Probation period: As per company policy (typically up to 3 months)
